BOUGIEWILD PLAYGROUND
VENUE RENTAL AGREEMENT (ONLINE BOOKING VERSION)

This Venue Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Bougiewild Playground (“Venue”) and the undersigned Client (“Renter”). This Agreement governs all online and in-person bookings.

1. RENTAL DETAILS

• Rental Fee: $400.00

• Rental Duration: Six (6) hours

• Maximum Capacity: 32 guests (STRICT LIMIT)

• Included Amenities: Seating, event space use, four (4) 65-inch flat-screen televisions

2. EVENT DATE & TIME

Access to the venue is permitted only during the contracted time. Any time used beyond the agreed end time will be billed at $66.00 per hour, charged in full-hour increments.

3. BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS

• $200 NON-REFUNDABLE booking deposit required to secure reservation

• Remaining balance due seven (7) days prior to event

• $150 refundable incidental deposit due day of event

• Reservation is not confirmed until required payments are received

All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances, including cancellation or no-show.

4. CHARGEBACK POLICY

Renter agrees not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute after booking. Any chargeback filed in violation of this Agreement will result in collection action, including legal fees and recovery costs.

5. USE OF PREMISES & CAPACITY ENFORCEMENT

• Guest count may NOT exceed 32 persons at any time.

• Violation of capacity limits may result in immediate termination of the event without refund.

• No illegal activity permitted on premises.

• Venue reserves the right to terminate any event without refund if behavior is unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, or violates policies.

6. NO SMOKING POLICY

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building. Evidence of smoking (smell, ashes, residue, cigarette butts) results in automatic forfeiture of the incidental deposit and additional cleaning fees if applicable.

7. ALCOHOL RESPONSIBILITY

If alcohol is served, Renter assumes full responsibility for monitoring consumption, preventing underage drinking, and ensuring safe guest conduct. Bougiewild Playground is not liable for alcohol-related incidents.

8. LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK & INDEMNIFICATION

Renter assumes full responsibility for all guests and event activities. Bougiewild Playground, its owner, and representatives assume no liability for injuries, losses, damages, theft, or accidents occurring during the event.

Renter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bougiewild Playground from any claims, lawsuits, damages, attorney fees, or expenses arising from Renter’s event or guest behavior.

9. DAMAGES & CLEANING

Renter is financially responsible for any damage to the venue, furnishings, or equipment.

Excessive cleaning, wall damage, glitter, confetti, or improper trash disposal will result in deductions from the incidental deposit.

Costs exceeding the incidental deposit will be billed and are due upon receipt.

10. AGREEMENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT (ONLINE BOOKINGS)

By booking online and checking the required agreement box, Renter acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this Agreement. Electronic acceptance is legally binding.
